INTERVIEW FEE: $500 pesos.

To participate in the Teachers USA Program, applicants must:

• Have a degree in Education or a closely related field
• Possess at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience
• Have a strong command of spoken and written English
• Be eligible to receive a J-1 Visa
• Be flexible, culturally open, and committed to a full academic year of teaching

STEP 1: IDENTIFY YOURSELF

Decide which type of placement you prefer:

-Independent (You find your own placement)
-Placement (CCUSA places you based on your profile)

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

To begin your process with CCUSA Ventur Camps:

Request the creation of your account HERE

You will be assigned an advisor who will guide you throughout the process. You’ll need to complete an online application which includes, but is not limited to: your CV, signed contract, proof of financial support, references, proof of studies, etc.

STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR INTERVIEW

One of our interviewers will evaluate your profile to confirm that you meet the program requirements.
You’ll be informed if you are officially accepted.
Once accepted, you may proceed with the program fee payment.

STEP 4: YOU’RE NOW PART OF THE PROGRAM!

From this point on:

• Wait for your placement or submit your contract if you’re applying as Independent.
• If you don’t have a passport, apply for one as soon as possible.
• Follow the instructions to schedule your visa appointment.
• Purchase your flight ticket.
• Attend the mandatory orientation session

Participants will travel under the J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa, which allows foreign teachers to work in U.S. schools for up to 3 years (with the possibility of a 2-year extension). CCUSA provides the necessary sponsorship and documentation for the visa application process.

Yes. Spouses and children under 21 may accompany the participant under a J2 visa. However, participants must prove they have sufficient funds to support their dependents.
